I was thinkin of ways to put subs in my trunk without having a bulky box. I was thinkin of taking MDF and making a piece the shap of my stock carpet, wrap it with some type of carpet, fasten amps to it, make little "canals" for all the wires, and cut 2 x 10" holes for subs where the spare tire was. I thought it would be pretty good looking. Has anyone ever tried this?

The way ive done it.
![]() Dont now do you mean something like this but this is how ive done it. The bottom panel is done from 3different pieces. If this is what you are looking for just send me some pm anytime if you need some help. Ive almost got headache while doing that bottom panel. Thought too it would be that easy to just use the bottom carpet cos it sits little higher and theres different shapes. ![]() Here is some pics of the project. I know theres not many but hope it helps. ![]() ![]() ![]() And this is how i made the bottom panel to fit the shapes. ![]() This post has been edited by Nibbe: Sep 20, 2006 - 1:45 AM -------------------- Please visit on our teams new website. hrp-tuning.com
