I was thinkin of ways to put subs in my trunk without having a bulky box. I was thinkin of taking MDF and making a piece the shap of my stock carpet, wrap it with some type of carpet, fasten amps to it, make little "canals" for all the wires, and cut 2 x 10" holes for subs where the spare tire was. I thought it would be pretty good looking. Has anyone ever tried this?

yeah I didn't want to lose a bunch of trunk space so i went with 2 audiobahns (8inch) and we used MDF.
