has anyone used the pre-cut tint kits off ebay? they're cheaper than buying bulk rolls and cutting yourself, and way cheaper than having someone else do it. any opinions on 20% or 35%, too? i'm sure 20% would look better, but i don't want to get pulled over....and i'm going to use the same grade all around (no mix-n-match).

idk if it's cheaper in other states, but the lowest quote i've gotten so far for a pro job is $200. i can think of alot better ways to spend that kind of money when it comes to car parts, but i'd still like to have the windows tinted. i think it makes the car look nicer, and adds some security, too. (i just got a new head unit and even though i have an alarm...you can never be too safe.)
i'm not expecting perfection...i just want to know if the pre-cut kits are any better than the rolls. nobody's done their own tint? -------------------- ![]() do you know who i am, mr. worley? |
