 rust on wipers |

what is the best way to take care of some rust on my wipers? i know the blades come off cuz you replace them, but does the whole wiper come off so i can sand and paint or should i just replace?

yea, it comes off. pop the plastic cap on the top, remove the nut, and wiggle it back and forth while pulling. its spined to the shaft, before you pull it off make a mark so you can put it exactly back.
then just sand and paint. -------------------- |
