So, just before i moved down here i put my car into the shop and got some work done. One of my calipers were seized, so i had it replaced. I also had a set of Russel Fittings DOT stainless steel brakelines on. My pedal was a bit soft at times. Any ways, if any of you want better breaking or just want to be a bit safer, i highly suggest this upgrade. It cost me $85 for the lines cuz i got them at cost, but they go for around $160 CND, and they bolt in like OEM lines, but BIG BIG BIG difference in the way the car drives. I highly recomend this for any one who likes to push their celi or any one who does autocross with their car.

They're cheaper or about the same price at many online retailers.

If and when you get that part # that'd be awesome; seeing as how the winter is coming soon and it may be coming a bit earlier than expected. Now all i'd need to do is know how to bleed the breaks. I've only ever helped with that when I worked as a ported at a collision center in Beltsville, but never actually saw what needed to be done. If only someone would make a sticky....hmmmm.......

I already posted the part number, direct from Russell's website. And you can search for information on how to bleed your brakes...there's plenty of information on here. wink.gif
