 What kind of motor oil do you guys use on your ST?, motor oil for ST with 101,000 on it |

I have 101,000 on my odometer. My dad told me to use 10W-40 motor oil; my friend told me to use 10W-30 what do you guys use or recommend me using on my car? I don't want to wear out my car....

This is exactly what I go by. Right now I'm using Valvoline synthetic blend 10W40. I do alot of around town driving, so it heats up relatively easy. |
