So, from 94-99, was there any significant changed made to the interior of the celica? Any changes at all?

there should be 3 types of oem steering wheels afaik:
1. 3-spoke (94-97) without airbags 2. 4-spoke (94-97) with airbags 3. 3-spoke (98-99) with airbags -------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
