Well I've always wanted a motorcycle and I was finally able to get one on the 25th of this month. Sold the celi for the bike but I think it is well worth it. Anyways it’s a 06 Yamaha R6 and it is a blast. Don't really have many pics of it yet but here is one my buddy took the other day while I was riding and vid of my ricer fly by haha.

Just wanted to say thanks for all the good info that is on this site. When I first had my car I had no idea what you could do to a 6th gen celica then I found this website and read all the how-to's and what not and my knowledge of cars grew. Thanks again for helping me mod my car.

welcome to the club, bro.

it's great having something on two wheels that will destroy most any car in the straights & twisties.

some advice for you, if you're new to bikes. i am too, however, i'm fortunate enough to know a bunch of circuit/drag types :

invest in some frame sliders, fairings arent cheap.
careful on the clutchless upshifting. it will wear out the dogbox. don't clutchless from 1st to 2nd, but the rest of em are cool to upshift w/o the clutch.
take an MSF course. i haven't done this yet, because they're notoriously expensive in Illinois.
get some boots, your ankles are exposed and usually get thrashed if you fall.
buy some bike stands, you can get some real cheap ones at http://www.checkeredflagmotorsports.net/standsnewpage.html $99 for a set!

have fun. be safe, and don't get pulled over laugh.gif
