Hi Guys,
Anyone ever replaced the 1 wire oxygen sensor that came with their JDM 3sgte engine? Who sells the direct replacement. It seems only the 4 wire sensor is available for the 3sgte from toyota and other parts stores. I have read of people converting to the 4 wire type but none on the 3sgte that I can find. The 4 wire is supposed to be more efficient helping the mpg and emission. By the way, wiring the 4 wire type seems pretty straight forward, except where to tap into a +12volts source thats only on when the car is running. Any help will be appreciated. thanks -------------------- 3sgteing.

i wonder if a corolla sensor would have a wide enough range to work? 93-97 primary sensors on the corolla 1.6 and 1.8 are flanged and single wire. worse comes to worse...have a peice of plate steel cut to the shape for the flange and mount the sensor into that.
