After doing a few month of research a while back i knew i wanted to try this turbo.

that is an hY35, the difference between the Hx35 / Hy35 is the hy is always single entry,
where as the hx is twin, like our stock ct-26 so i expect it to spool better than the hY would.
Some other miner differences are the V-band clamp on the hy where the hx doesnt have this.

Very efficient turbo.

The HY35W can sustain up to 4.2 pressure ratio (That means a little more than 4 times the atmospheric pressure)
and can deliver about 52 lb/min. And it won't choke, the compressor wheel and turbo wheel are a good match. (Pulled from Torn81 over at MR2oc.com)

Basicly this turbo will flow alot of air without choking like the ct-26 does.
so 15psi on a hx35 will be tottally different than 15psi on a ct-26 because the turbo can physically flow more air while being in a better efficiency range.
Also since its for a diesel motor designed to last over 300,000 miles the bearings it uses are alot more durable than most other turbos, with the exception of Ball bearing maybe.
Dsms, Hondas and even volvos have been using holset turbos for a while now, proving itself as a good inexpensive turbo suitable for any small displacement motor, such as the 3sgte.

wolfcatz rail, afregulator, 800cc's, as for mounting they sell ct to t3 flages or ill make one. wanna run external wg. weld the flapper closed.um for tunning. im still no to sure. the rom tune is usless to me, i could try emanage ultimate, but i dot want that to not work out, i know the regular emanage is pretty nice and can run a fully modified motor (ive tuned a car to get 120 extra hp just playing with numbers. the car might be off the road fora while till i decide weather i should just go nemisis ems. it sucks working everyday but i have a goal set and i dont mind working for it. i want atleast 350whp
and thats being modest.

At those power levels, a standalone is the only wise choice. Looks like an interesting turbo. Good luck.
