tonight i quick ran to the store and when i got back in the garage i notice some heat waves coming out of the hood...i pop it open and i can literally hear coolent in the radiator hose boiling inside...something has to be very wrong...any ideas? I am throwing an error code on the dash..it looks like the chevy symbol with red wavy lines over it.. Its the one right over the battery code..Im sure this has something to do with it. Plus how hot to the touch is my water cooler suppose to be cuz thats also also rather hot. I dont have my sensor hooked up to my watercooler...does that have anything to do with it. .? Thanks guys

Ryan

i have my sensor bypassed so maybe it is just the bubbly sound...but it sounded like it was coming from directly right of the intercooler...Plus im sure it has air pockets in there because i am leaking coolant from the firewall..so i take it has something to do with that..im going out there right now to fill it back up and hopefully find some way to stop it leakin by the firewall...

As for my cat getting over heated...i have a brand new on from my new 2.5 inch exhaust system..why would that be giving my and problems and why would it be dirty already??? Cripes!
