hey i have a hi pitch wine/squel coming out of my speekers wen my radio is on and it sounds just like my motor... started after headunit wen in... any1 kno why that is?

Yes, this is true. Find a better ground. Best to have clean metal to metal contact, to be sure sand it down well.
