Ok, here is what I am asking. I might be moving to California soon but don't want to part away from my celica. So, is there any way that I can get my Celica to be "legal" there without taking out the 20v 4age? I hate to sell it because I invested way too much on it to even think about doing that. Also, will it help to add another cat. converter to the exhaust to minimize the smog? Please guys I need some information on this, thanks.

Yeah I see where your coming from Kwanza. I'll try and find out more from a cousin that live's in Sacramento if he knows any people that "cheats." If all is lost and cant't find somebody, i'll sell the celica here and buy another Toyota. I was debating either a 07' camry se or an suv since I have a family of my own now.
