Over the last eighteen months or so, I've lost 25 lbs. through eating and drinking more healthily and excercising more often.
Over the last couple months I've kind of been stuck at more or less the same weight. I'm really hoping to lose just a few more pounds, but I keep having difficulty because of my sweet tooth...donuts, Twizzlers, and chocolate chip cookie dough blizzards are my weaknesses. ![]() Anyone have any good tips for me to overcome my sweet tooth? -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...

i agree with the whole running thing.
