Over the last eighteen months or so, I've lost 25 lbs. through eating and drinking more healthily and excercising more often.

Over the last couple months I've kind of been stuck at more or less the same weight. I'm really hoping to lose just a few more pounds, but I keep having difficulty because of my sweet tooth...donuts, Twizzlers, and chocolate chip cookie dough blizzards are my weaknesses. tongue.gif I find it incredibly hard to resist them, probably since I've craved sweets for as long as I can remember. I can often resist them for a couple days, but end up giving in and buying junk food and eating it.

Anyone have any good tips for me to overcome my sweet tooth?

the more sweets you eat, the more you will crave them. its kind of like a drug addiction. stop eating sugar for about a week or two, and you'll soon noticed that you no longer crave it.

I have a sweet tooth too. I just have a little and it satisfies the craving. My personal favorite are those little minature Reese's peanut butter cups. One of those a day isn't going to hurt ya!

i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this.
