i just want to know if u swap a motor, do u have to tell insurance companies....do they check the id number on your engines.... do u get penalized if they found out that your engines not the same or your car isnt polution proof.....i want to know this cause i want to swap my motor but the sites that i ve been through, it seems like theres a big fee to swap a motor........so im just wondering whats the safest way to swap a motor into my celica....please all in details....

um it was some wierd forgien name that i could never pronounce. actually it wasnt 100% the same it had an extra letter on his first name wait ill get my emission slip his names on it one sec............................
