Over the last eighteen months or so, I've lost 25 lbs. through eating and drinking more healthily and excercising more often.

Over the last couple months I've kind of been stuck at more or less the same weight. I'm really hoping to lose just a few more pounds, but I keep having difficulty because of my sweet tooth...donuts, Twizzlers, and chocolate chip cookie dough blizzards are my weaknesses. tongue.gif I find it incredibly hard to resist them, probably since I've craved sweets for as long as I can remember. I can often resist them for a couple days, but end up giving in and buying junk food and eating it.

Anyone have any good tips for me to overcome my sweet tooth?

I don't know if someone mentioned this or not, but just try and replace the sweets with something else. I used to drink soda a lot, Mountain Dew to be specific, and I ended up addicted to it and would end up with caffeine headaches if I didn't have atleast like 5 a day. I didn't like how it was going so I started drinking water, and soda, and eventually found myself not getting headaches and actually feeling a lot better about myself. Now I just drink a lot of water...oh and im by no means fat. 5'5-5'6 and like 120lbls

Yeah hitcachi, mines real quick too and it'll eventually catch up. Luckily I have until im about 40 before it starts to kick in.
