Please change it so that members can leave feedback without providing a thread url. I sold a member on here a turbo, and there was never a post made about it, it was all done through pm's. It's pretty silly that If I want to sell/buy something on here and receive or give feedback, I have to make a post about it.

EDIT:
While I see the benefit in having a link to a FS thread (let's other members see exactly why that person got the feedback they did), it leaves people who've made a transaction through pm's only, out of luck.

Maybe put a checkbox and say "thread url (if applicable)"?

I ran into this problem once, but did this:

The seller actually HAD a thread selling these, but it was a few years old, so the rep system would not take it. It was a great transaction, and needed feedback! smile.gif

You're not allowed to do that! mad.gif Consider this your warning...I removed your post and the associated feedback.

I don't want the buying/selling forum filled up with pointless posts like that, because it clutters stuff up. The reputation system is only in place for already-existing transactions that have been made in the buying/selling forum since the reputation system was put into place. Otherwise it just won't work.

Chris,

I'm sorry, i had no clue. It does not state ANYWHERE in the rules that this cannot be done. So i feel already "warning" me is pretty strick. frown.gif The only reason i came up with this idea was that i saw some other people doing it. I by NO means was trying to undercut the system.

Taking this into consideration, i think you should make it possible to leave feedback to really old threads. B/c when i went to leave feedback for this item, it would not let me due to the oldness.

here is the thread: http://www.6gc.net/forums/index.php?showto...7201&hl=LSD

Anyway, i'd also suggest keeping an eye in B/S b/c other people have made new thread for feedback.
