I've pretty much taken car of all the vibrating parts on my car except for one piece. It's that part around the license plate (see picture if you can't figure out what I'm talking about). Does anybody know how to remove this piece?

what i did, was bought some foam, and glued it to the plate, (it'd come off trust me) That way its atleast not hitting metal on metal, why you trying to decrease vibrations? trying to raise SPL for subs? e.Dead is supposed to be amazing for that if you are
