I have a stock 8" sub as my front speaker and i want to replace it with a JL brand. The JL 8wo would touch the back of the door shell vs the 6" will have room.
Would it better with a midbass 6.5" or a 8"? Also how would i change from a 8" set up to a 6.5"? Also if you have an aftermarket 8" sub for the front whats your feedback on it? This post has been edited by My2Celi: Oct 12, 2006 - 11:55 PM -------------------- ![]() |

If you can find a bracket or make one. Check online audio stores for them like crutchfield. JL's will either be too tight or won't fit and they won't give enough space to breathe. What you need are midsubs, which are shallow subs.
