From my experience, it seems apparent that KYB strut mounts are thicker than Toyota's. One Kyb's even out with the top center nut while Toyotas have extra thread on top. Second I measure one side versus the other side which had a toyota one and the difference in height is .25. Now that took away that much from my drop, making it that much higher. As possible advice based on my experience, it is best to get OEM strut mounts. Now at first I thought maybe I had to drive it around a bit. Then again, I wondered why is the Toyota side the correct height without even driving it yet. So thats my word of advice. Anyone can say otherwise?

Actually they are almost the same price. Toyota is 53.82 and KYB is about I'd say same or give 10.

But the .25 drop may sound like a small difference but it is a big difference because I noticed it by my eye not by measuring.
