Dude if you can afford it get a lawyer. I was pulled over in another state doing well over 100 in a 65 and the cop gave me a ticket for wreckless driving on top of the speeding ticket. I was also just geting over a suspended licence and still on my 6 month driving probation period. The best I can describe it I was FU*KED. I called a lawyer in that state (New Jersey) and asked him how much is it gonna cost me to make this dissapear. He charged me $700 and I gave him my card # over the phone right away. Bottom line is I didnt even have to go back to New Jersey for court, he took care of it without me even being there. He called me that day and told me he got everything dropped down to a seatbelt ticket which was like a $250 fine. I was like DUDE YOUR THE FU*KIN MAN!!!!! He was like uhh I dont think any one has ever told it to me that way but thanks. I would deffinatly handle it the same way if it happens again (probably will) and I would truly recomend others to do the same. Lawyers kick ass when there on your side and you really can drive like an asshole if you got the cash for one.
