   Some moron decided it would be a good idea to kick the SH*T outta my celi lastnight. The car was just painted a little over a month ago... It makes me sick to my stomach! And MAD AS H*LL

No I myself never seen it happen but a few of the neighbours did! If i'd have seen it happen i can assure you the guy wouldnt have just walked away...

It just goes to show that some people have no respect for other peoples property. If your neighbors saw him, get his name from the police report and sue him in civil court. The standard of proof in civil court is only "the preponderance of the evidence" not "beyond a reasonable doubt" as in criminal court.
