The other day I was driving up a big looong hill, and decided it give er a bit. I was boosting around 10-11 that night, got up to about 5500-6000 rpm and then she TOTALLY bogged down. It felt like someone slammed on the brakes. This is the first time its done this. I have a hks fcd installed. is there any way to "test" it to see if it working properly?

It could possibly be a boost leak, it feels like fuel cut. I assume you're running an ST185 3SGTE?
