how long do you guys axels last? I replaced mine last year, and got new shock and struts 3 months ago. Now i'm getting that loud annoyin g clunking metal grinding noise at slow turns to the left and right? Now i got new shocks and struts so i wouldn't chew up axels anymore. I mean it's only been a year, i drive alot but axels hsould last longer then a year, thier is a tiny bit of wine also, could it be my bearings? who knows, the car handles great and is alaaigned, but man i hate susspension noise, it makes everyone look at you.

i feel your pain mate, i can't do tight or fast right turn, the noise comin from the front of the car s too painful to hear, my mate checked it out for me briefly, said that the cv joints are ok, but he reckons it could be my steering rack, not leaking but making the noise, i feel as if the wheels would fall off if i do too many right turns
