I asked tina this in her SO YEAH thread but I was kinda interested in how people met their boyfriends/girlfriends/wifes/husbands/etc.

Well, I did it! I propsed to Kate and she is now my fiance.
 She wanted to go to the Museum of Natural History and afterwards we went for a walk in Central Park. I was so nervous, I felt like I was 16 on my 1st date (24 now). I did the whole deal, got down on one knee and asked her. What a relief, now it's on her finger and she's so happy. Diamonds are definitely a much better investment than cars.
