Anyone know of a CHIP that will increase HP for the Celica?

The AFC is a piggy back computer, so it adjusts the signal going into your ECU. Other piggy back computers adjust the signal going out of your ECU. Also the AFC only adjusts your air/fuel ratio, and this Jet chip claims to do a whole lot more.
