Thinking of making a BIG plunge towards a bigger upgrade to our car sometime during the next few months. EMS obviously is going to be at the top of the list because I would like mainly to delete the AFM and get as accurate as possible without taking chances. I noticed that AEM makes a plug and play for a 90-93 All-Trac....and was wondering if this would be a plug and play for a 99 GT with a Gen II GTE in it??? I'm just wondering if that would work or it would be a safer bet to go universal and wire it in (as painful as that would be......Doc, expect the call if that happens.

Wait... ok so what do you mean no plug and play? what would having two harnesses matter? the connection is made at the ecu. why would a 3sgte ecu pinout not run on an AEM computer ment to pulg into the harness? wouldnt it run fine... if a stock ecu can run your engine then why couldnt a full standalone?
