I've got a none Cali spec GT, and I'm guessing something like 150-155 at the crank with what I have. Don't let these guys destroy your desire to mod your car. There are things you can do to actually get hp. But remember, it's not all about hp. Unless your drag racing your car, and even then, there are so many other variables that need to be taken into consideration. I may only be 15 to 20hp over stock, but I will run much quicker times due to the throttle response and handling characteristics.
A lot of people think it's just hilarious to see "noobs" come around trying to build there NA 4 bangers. What I think is funny is someone dumping 6 grand on a new motor or turbo set up, running some 200+ hp and losing to that NA car at the track because he/she out shifts and drives the turbo car. Does that mean if I had the money I wouldn't swap or turbo? No, it does not. And I know even if I did I would get walked on at the track by skilled drivers in almost stock ST Celica's and the dreaded D16 Civics. My point is, hp isn't all it’s made out to be. -------------------- Live Free, Be Happy
