Is there a way to make the sidemarkers alternate with the turn signals? So if the turn signal comes on the sidemarker goes off, then the turn goes off and the sidemarker comes on? Is there any sort of a "delayed relay" that would do this?

QUOTE(6gsillyca @ Oct 25, 2006 - 10:36 PM) Is there a way to make the sidemarkers alternate with the turn signals? So if the turn signal comes on the sidemarker goes off, then the turn goes off and the sidemarker comes on? Is there any sort of a "delayed relay" that would do this? Yes, but you'd need two relays to do it properly. Basically, hook the positive wire from the sidemarker to 87a instead of 87, and terminal 30 would go to terminal 87 of a second relay. On the second relay, you'd wire 30 to a +12volt fused source, 85 to ground, and 86 to the constant parking light power wire, which I believe is green at the turn signal bulb harness. With that wiring setup, your sidemarkers would turn on when your parking lights turn on, but when the turn signal blinks, they'd turn off. They'd stay off all the time if the parking lights aren't on. -------------------- New Toyota project coming soon...
