Hi guys,

well i just got it in and its running thanks to some advice from OUTSIDER about wiring. she is running so sweet.

Heres my history.

I bought the celica 3 years ago with 35,000 miles on it an a 7AFE a UK ST model
After a year i decided i wanted more power as we all do. so i got hold of a donor car in the shape of scrap UK GT with major side impact perfect for the swap.

I did the complete swap over a weekend starting friday night.

heres the 3SGE in my car

Well after running it with no problems for two years i craved a Beams.

I got one for a absolute bargain £600 (i dont know what that is in Dollars prehaps 900)

I got it last week and fitted it this week but it would start but not run.
So i searched for advice from all the forums and web pages and of course, i got the correct advice from here (Thanks Outsider)

Well I ve bored you enough heres the vid and some pics

Glad I could help out.

Welcome to the club....IPB Image

It sounds great now but it will sound MUCH better and breath better when you replace all that stock intake piping.
I have an HKS setup that came with the motor.

[EDIT]
another thing to do. Your power steering pump will have two vaccum lines on it. Cut yourself a piece of hose about 4 inches long and just plug an end onto each fitting. The BEAMS does not use that and you will find no vaccum line to plug them into...(been there done that...lol) Mine is running fine blocked off like that; no steering problems at all.
