i was driving today when the guy next to me sped up and started swerving left and right then he drove on the median knocking down a tree and going into oncoming traffic hitting 3 cars finally stopping on the trird one because he hit it head on as i drove by i jus saw the drunk slumped over his stearingwheel nobody else was hurt but alot of people around his car

Just curious did you give your statement and talk to them since you witnessed it, was he arrested?
