 Car Idles at 2200 |

car idles at 2200 drops down for a sec and goes back up......... any ideas on how to fix this?

does it happen even when the engine is warm?
my car idles at around 2k rpm when i first start it in the morning then after 5 minutes it drops. -------------------- 1994 Celica GT4 WRC Edition
