Theres this small o2 sensor near the bottom of the 3rd gen's dp. I was wondering what size that thread is for that o2 sensor cus i put on a KO racing dp and now i have no place to put that o2 sensor so i guess ima have to weld a bung into my exhaust pipe.

Its not an O2 sensor. Its a cat/exhaust overheat switch that lights a warning light on the dash of the JDM ST205. Unplug it and throw it away if you have a downpipe.
