I am going to buy a 6gc at the end of the summer when i have saved my money, but my parents said that if the insurance is too high then they wont let me get one. i am 17 and will be 18 in nov(if that even matters) just wondering if the insurance is high or not. thnx

Just got my 97 ST and my insurance is $1340 every six months.
That's with Full coverage, $500 deductible, good student discount, and under my parents policy. I just turned 18 this month, no accidents or tickets. USAA Insurance It's costing me more to pay the insurance to drive the car every month as opposed to paying off the $4500 I got a loan on to build credit. Car cost me $6000.75 after taxes... well worth it though
