I hate the 13b with a passion... If you have ever had to deal with one, then you understand what a pos it is. One of my freinds literally changed the writing for the check engine light to say "change engine light"
![]() I cant beleive you are trying to tell me that you honestly think you have a better understanding of the 2jz and ls2 than i do.. Think whatever makes you feel good inside. When you modify any engine, you lose reliability. If you plan on modifying that ls2, say goodbye to better reliability over the 2jz. Stock for stock the 2jz is more relaible. Of course a 400hp na v8 is going to have better reliability then a 400hp turbo 6cyl. What does reliability mean if its not your daily driver anyway? nothing. But anyway, your naive if you think you will obtain the same weight disrtibution as stock in an s2k. and foolish if you think you will get better weight dist than this guys 2jz s2k. The ls2 is literally twice the size of a 2jz! It may be stupid fast in a straight line, but people will laugh at you on a road course -------------------- 88 celica all-trac

When you are going to criticize and call me names, please get your facts straight. The weight of an LS2 with all accessories is about 500 lbs. The weight of a 2jz approaches 600 lbs. -------------------- QUOTE(lagos @ Jul 10, 2006 - 1:55 PM) i know your trying to do the right thing for your motor, but this is one of those times where you should just trust the guys who have had their swaps for a while and have done a ton of research into this. |
