 Sunroof, clicking? |

i was parking my car today, and put my tilt up so air can get in, i do this often, but this time it made a clicking noise when it reached its peak (if i hold the button it clicks), its never done so before, and im not sure what it is, im gunna try to fix it tommorow, but was wondering if anyone else had this problem before, or have any suggestions for it?

if it's starting to click it means your middle gear in the sunroof motor is about to strip out......same thing happened to me then a few weeks later my roof got stuck
the sunroof motor has 3 gears and the outside ones are metal and the middle one is plastic, that is the one where the teeth will get stripped out, start looking for a new sunroof motor and try to clean any debree from sunroof --------------------  |
