Pig Rich Options

My wideband is always displaying that I'm running pig rich... Cruising down the highway in 4th.. or 5th.. whatever speed.. infact any time I'm driving.. it's in the 12's on the wideband.. When I go into boost the wideband reads off the gauge rich.. which is a good thing but I can't figure out why when I'm just cruising down the highway with a high manifold vacuum that I'd be running so fricken rich..

Tonight I was comin down and I decided to shut the engine off and let the car coast for a few seconds.. I restarted it and saw that my AFR was much better.. now in the 14's while cruising along.. that lasted for about a minute then it went back to pig rich.. low 12's and high 11's.

Any suggestions? Even at idle it'll be rich.. typically in the 13's.. sometimes mid to high 12's even..

I can't figure out why when I'm just cruising down the highway with a high manifold vacuum that I'd be running so fricken rich..

Cruising and coasting.. 2 different things. Cruising down the highway in 4th gear at about 3400rpm and 15% throttle input.

If I am touching the throttle it's rich.. The only time it isn't rich is when I let off the gas and coast in gear.. then it goes off-scale lean.. at idle it's rich.. while driving it's rich.
