Well i'm kinda wondering waht will happen....I have to go to Juvinile court because of the accident (im at fault) and i'm a bit scared....they wont take my license away will they? It was head on collision. Anyone been in my situation?

My friend got in a head on accident and it was his fault, but his liscense didnt get taken away. I think it all depends on what state you live in im not sure tho.
EDIT: Also, after the accident (which totalled his car and the other peoples car) he got a ticket for 80 in a 55. Then he got in an accident in his second car (not as bad but it still messed up his car pretty bad) and then after that accident he got a ticket for 74 in a 55...... and he still has his liscence.
