Okay, so right now it is 1:37 AM and since Sunday, I haven't really had any sleep. Maybe 3 hours per day at the most and it's Friday already. I have mid-terms next week and finals in 3 weeks so I just been pulling at nighters and trying to study. So my question is, does anyone have some good remedies to make 3 hours feel like 8? If not, does anyone know how I can keep myself up and on task, cuz when it gets to about now, I am too tired to look at my work. So anyone got any good tips? Coffee/Full Throttle doesn't do too much for me.

Best thing is to take power naps. I work 3 jobs 65-70 hours a week and my life has been a mess for the past 6 months, which makes me want to work that much...
Anywho... my day job is a desk job and I take 1 5-10 minute power nap in the morning and afternoon, and before my night jobs. Big thing is to just try to totally relax and block everything outta your mind. Takes some getting used to but once you have the hang of it. I can fall asleep in 1 minute or less now. Caffiene pills are bad, if you want caffiene, chug a luke warm cup of coffee with no sugar, just straight. The sugar will make you crash later. |
