I took it my passenger axle and suddenly all the fluid starts pouring out. The car was too low and i couldnt make it in time to place a towel in it. Now its all over the floor and i was wandering if that is normal?
Another vent: my thread in hub for my brake caliper to go in is effed up and all i did was replace my pads and now its not going in right. tilted instead. My Celica is cursed. This post has been edited by My2Celi: Nov 24, 2006 - 6:06 PM -------------------- ![]() |

In the Chilton's guide, it told me to undo the fill valve on the front of the tranny and stick my finger in to see if the fluid level came up to right below the hole. Just becareful because the threads in the fill hole are kind of sharp.
I broke my seal when I changed my passenger axle, and the fluid kept coming out once I put in the new axle. Not at the rate it did when the axle came out, but just a slow leak. The seal was harder to change than the axle itself. |
