Ive tried to clear my code 54 like it says in the sticky by jumping the coolant level sensor but after i turn the car back on the light is still on. Do i have to reset the ecu? or should i be jumping it with a resistor?
btw i also didnt have the relay for the pump and as such had to wire it in. the three wires going back to the ecu are all fed back in and looking at the ewd the way i have it wired shouldnt affect anything. any ideas? This post has been edited by urbandork: Nov 24, 2006 - 12:26 AM |

Do you have something wired in to fool the ECU that the pump is in place?

QUOTE(phattyduck @ Nov 23, 2006 - 10:38 PM) Do you have something wired in to fool the ECU that the pump is in place? -Charlie no need as the three wires (no the ground and power ones) are fed back into the harness and thus back into the ecu. |
