i jus changed my gauge clusters to oem....the one on the sides (fuel, O/D, seatbelt, etc) doesnt emit enough light for the leds to shine thru....i have the #74 blue leds now and i cant even see it thru them side guages...at night its barely visible...would the WHITE LEDs help at all?...or should i just stick back to oem bulbs......is there anyway to lighten up the "filter" that they have?.....any help wold be great....

hmm, i've put num74 leds in my turn signals and in my hi-beam. the turn signals are visible in the daylight. haven't really checked my hi-beam during the day. most of the side ones are warnings so i didn't want to play with them.
i want to say check the polarity (make sure the leds are plugged in right-way-round). but uh, please don't be insulted by that (i do it all the time myself). |
