im sure this has been covered before, and i know why a clip would be a much better idea for the st185 swap, but what about the st205? i just started thinking and wondering if it really would be beneficial to get the whole clip as opposed to a complete engine set

QUOTE(quicknstyle @ Nov 25, 2006 - 4:00 PM) im sure this has been covered before, and i know why a clip would be a much better idea for the st185 swap, but what about the st205? i just started thinking and wondering if it really would be beneficial to get the whole clip as opposed to a complete engine set Getting a clip still applies to the st205 for conviniance purposes. If you plan on using the mr2 tranny, than you need to use the rear mount off the st205 which would be really hard to get elsewhere. then theres misc. sensors, or hoses, especially if you plan on keeping power steering ( i would recomend cause its not that hard to install). You'll alway end up missing something with just the engine set. Good luck! |
