 5th Gen Manual in a 6th Gen Auto St? |

Hi all. Im a newbie and sorry of this has been covered. Ive got a 94 st that Id like to put a 5 speed in. I have access to a 93 with a 5 speed and wonder if the pedals, shifter, flywheel, ect would work? If theres a link I missed fill me in! Thanks! Justin
Also would it matter if the 5th gen was a gt or not? |

Justin Also would it matter if the 5th gen was a gt or not? Not sure if everything will bolt dirrectly up as far as peddles and cables. Flywheel won't need to be switched, and it will mount up. I'm pretty sure of that. I've never done it, but I know there are a lot of interchangables from 5th & 6th gens. Oh, and btw, if it's from anything but another ST, it will not work without a lot of custom fabrication. -------------------- Live Free, Be Happy
