Alpine Type R'......Or Alpine Type X' ??? Options

okay so i cnat decide if i should buy

two 12' Type R' woofers......
or one 12' type X'

im leaning towards the type R. and i will be runnign these on my sony amp that has 1200 watts max power.......

and waht type of a box would you guys reccomend? ported? sealed?

help will be appreciated

i think ima go with the two type R's

and i was thinking a ported box would be good, i hear thsoe make them sound louder to some extent.

now......will my one amp have enough power to run both subs?
the amp has 1200 watts max power, and runs at 500 rms....i think that should work fine....on a 4 ohms set up

if it dosent work fine....then im need to find a cheap powerfull amp
