Not recommended for a GT model Celica. There would be no sense into downgrading yourself to a 1.6 engine when you have other options such as a 3sge (non vvt-i), BEAMS Redtop 3sge, and a 3sgte. A 3s would be more suitable for the GT because it will directly bolt in. If you wanted a 1.6l 4age engine, you might as well sell or trade in your GT and get an ST model. Where as the ST will make the 4age engine a direct bolt in. And take into consideration of doing an engine swap, you might need more than just an engine so do your parts research. And also consider of making a wire conversion harness for the new engine. I'd advice you to get a hold of Dr. Tweak from Phoenix Tuning to make the harness, he already knows how to make them. And ask as much questions about doing a 3s swap as possible, there are alot of people here that can help you out biggrin.gif
