Rear Speakers maximum size, when searches fail, who can i turn to... Options

Is it possible to fit 10" subs where the rear speakers are out. I understand it might not be possible, but how about 8 inch? I think i'd get some good bass and a clean sound by having some amped sub's in the back without having a box take up some space.

I don't think you'll fit 10s back there but maybe 8s. The one thing you have to take into account is whether the sub you're looking for is designed for free-air mounting or enclosure mounting. I don't know if there are many 8s that are free-air. One thing that I'm considering doing is getting a 6.5" sub that Rockford makes. It's not free-air but I think there's enough space to build a custom enclosure that would fit AND satisfy the enclosure volume requirements.
