I'm in the process of sanding down and polishing and painting my rims at the moment. And I need to remove the valve stems on the rims becuz they are in the way of my sanding. I tried pounding it off with a hammer but it won't come out the other way. I didn't pound too hard becuz I didn't want to accidentally damage the rim in any way. How do I remove the valve stems off the rims? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
