My job changed their policy this year so that if you call in sick two days in a row you have to bring a doctors note or else you go on probation for 90 days. No matter the reason. So even if you call in sick on a Monday you would need a doctors note because they count Sunday as a day...even though they arent open on Sundays! Anyone else have this policy??

disney has a point system as well and i think its pretty kickass. there are so many loop holes that i was able to use it to my advantage. their points go as follows:
1.5 for every tardy (more than 5 minutes late) 3 for every day missed you can call out continuous up to 3 days and only get dinged 3 points for the entire 3 days. anything after 3 days u need a note 4 freebie days u can call out anytime during the year no questions asked and u dont get into trouble any points accumulated drop off on the first of the same month next year. so if u called out dec 28-30th u get marked only 3 points and they drop off dec 1st of next year. disciplinary actions are in order: verbal warning, written warning, 1 day suspension, 3 day suspension, termination when more than 9 points in a month, 15 pts in 3 months, 21 points in 6 months, 30 points in 1 year. i dunno how but i managed to rack up 80 somethin points in one year. ![]() -------------------- ![]() |
